Cancel Policy

CANCELLATIONS FOR ALL AIRPORT OR TRANSFER SERVICE: Service must be cancelled no less than two (2) hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations received with less than two (2) hours notice are billed at the full rate of the service quotation. Patriot Limousine is not responsible for passenger flights or trains which are missed, cancelled, diverted, delayed or any other incident which results in failure to comply with the Cancellation Policy. We will put forth our best effort to provide prompt service in these instances which are subject to waiting time fees, late cancellations or re-scheduling of service without detriment to our other reserved clients.

CANCELLATIONS FOR SPECIALTY VEHICLES AND AS DIRECTED HOURLY WAIT AND RETURNS: On Friday, Saturday and Sunday, if the reservation is cancelled 48 or more hours from the scheduled service date and time a $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged. Service cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, the amount equal to the number of minimum service hours times the quoted hourly rate will be charged. Sedan hourly service cancellation is 12 hours and same charges apply.

STANDARD MEET AND GREET: Our standard meet and greet service is curbside at the baggage level. After leaving your plane, please proceed to the baggage area for your flight. Once you have collected your baggage, exit the closest door to your baggage carousel. Your chauffeur will be waiting outside at the curb in close proximity to that door. He will be standing next to the limo and holding a sign with your last name or reference. Inside meet and greet is available at no charge other than the cost of parking the limo, usually $1.25 to $2.50.
